Our second annual Fall Affiliate Basic Training will be held in Ames, Iowa on September 19 - 20. The event will include a classroom session on the afternoon of September 19, and a hands-on session will be held on the morning of Saturday the 20th. The hands-on session will include live goat handling, electric fencing demo and practice, and field techniques.
You don’t have to be a new affiliate to attend the training. All affiliates are invited, and attendance will satisfy the ongoing training requirement for non-new affiliates. If you’ve fallen behind on your training this will be a great opportunity to catch up.
